A Clear Checkout

Before an order is placed, Shopify checkout displays the accepted payment choices and a complete total. Methods can change according to country, currency, device, and payment-provider availability.

Authorization

Your payment provider may authorize, decline, or temporarily hold a transaction. lookscene can only process an order after the checkout reports a successful or accepted payment status.

Keeping Details Protected

Card and wallet credentials are submitted to Shopify and the chosen payment provider through secure checkout. We do not keep complete card credentials in our store records.

Corrections and Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. If a charge looks unfamiliar or an attempt remains pending, first review the order confirmation and payment-provider activity.
