Preparing Your Parcel

Most confirmed orders leave the fulfillment process within 2-4 business days. This estimate excludes weekends and public holidays and comes before the carrier's delivery time.

Choosing Delivery

Shipping availability, service names, prices, and any qualifying free-shipping offer appear after the delivery address is entered at checkout. Please rely on the final checkout selection for your order.

How Long Delivery May Take

After dispatch, delivery is commonly about 5-12 business days in the United States and 7-20 business days for other supported regions. It may take longer during customs inspection, severe weather, peak shopping periods, carrier interruptions, or delivery to a remote area.

Following the Journey

Where tracking is provided, a link is emailed after dispatch. It can take 2-5 business days for the initial scan to appear even though the parcel has started moving through the network.

International Deliveries

Duties, taxes, clearance, and brokerage costs may be charged by local authorities or carriers. Unless the checkout total specifically includes these amounts, they are paid by the recipient.

When an Address Needs Attention

Review all address fields before submitting the order. We cannot promise a correction after preparation starts, and extra charges may apply if an undeliverable parcel must be sent again.

A Parcel Has Not Arrived

Check the tracking page and estimated window first. For a delivered scan, look around the property and ask household members, neighbors, or the local carrier. If assistance is still needed, email support@lookscene.com with the order number.
